On-demand workshops are led by me and are well-suited to online as well as in-person.

Those of you who are regular students with me will have had some exposure to some of these teachings, but we have never been able to sit with our ten beautiful guidelines for a kinder, more authentic and fulfilled life. I will talk you through the ten yamas and niyamas, and offer some insights about how these might apply to our everyday, modern life. We will follow this with a yoga nidra (relaxation). A PDF handout will be emailed to you. 


Intention-setting workshop

2.5 hours


Drawing on a 12-year career working as a facilitator and trainer in Person Centred Planning, I have brought inspiration from that together with some other tools to create a beautiful new process. This workshop combines yoga with planning tools to explore who and how we want to be in the world (there can be a bit of “what” too, if you are a goal-oriented person!) and to make a plan to move forwards in that direction. 

You needn’t come to this workshop with a clear idea of what you want to work on, the process I have created will allow that to unfold. Expect to leave this session feeling inspired, bolstered, empowered, and ready. You will get what you need from the session as it is designed to be responsive. 


- Movement, yoga asana

- Meditation

- Intention setting (working through prompts, you will need a pan and the template that I will email to for this bit)

- Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) in which we will “sow the seed” of our intention
