Workshops and Retreats: Classes

AN EXCITING NEW COLLABORATION

BODYSONG

A weekend of singing and yoga:
vocalise and move together, expertly facilitated by outstanding practitioners. Absolutely no experience in either yoga or singing is required; all voices, bodies and levels of confidence are welcome. Fully accessible venue.
(Accommodation and transport to be arranged by participants themselves).

I am partnering with singer and choir leader, Beccy Owen, who embodies the values of yoga in the ways she builds community, fights for social justice, and nourishes souls through her work. I come away from the sessions with Beccy feeling uplifted and inspired to live well and we are both so excited about our collaboration. I honour the roots of yoga as I come to form this mindful partnership with gratitude for the complementary and enriching practices of yoga and singing.

Workshops and Retreats: About

"Just a note to say how much I enjoyed the retreat. Unlike other yoga classes, I actually really felt like I had experienced a whole body and mind getaway; it was less of a class and more of a huge treat. At the same time, I loved learning about yin yoga. Having never done that before, it was really good to expand my yoga experience and knowledge under the supervision of such generous and skilled teachers. The extra touches and attention to detail like candles, the focus on light, refreshing smoothies and the way the two teachers worked together meant that it was really a memorable and special experience. Can't wait for the next one."
