MEET LINDA KEYS
Yoga Alliance registered Yoga Teacher 200RYT, RPYT
Linda had been happily practising yoga for twenty years, without contemplating for a moment that teaching might be in her future. When she was invited to train with Marit Akintewe (the kindest and most knowledgeable teacher she had ever encountered) Linda jumped at the chance and completed her 200 RYT early in 2019. Since then, Linda has qualified as a pre/post-natal yoga teacher, as well as completing qualifications in Yin and Advanced Yoga Philosophy and Meditation. Linda is also committed to her ongoing education in anti-racism and avoiding the cultural appropriation of yoga.
Linda's classes are tailored to the season and also influenced by Linda's inherent sense of inclusion, warmth and welcome. She is a passionate advocate of "yoga is for all bodies", regardless of size, gender, ability, experience, or age.
