MEET LINDA KEYS
Seasonal Yoga Teacher 200RYT, RPYT
Linda lucked out when a teacher of international standing brought Seasonal Yoga to the wee village she lives in (just outside Edinburgh). Having practised yoga for twenty years, it was a revelation to discover the elevated sense of harmony and wellbeing that emerged from this particular discipline. Being more aligned with the seasons in terms of asana practice and other elements of her lifestyle is bringing a deep sense of peace as well as physical contentment. When she was invited to train as a Seasonal Yoga teacher, Linda jumped at the chance and completed her 200 RYT early in 2019. Since then, Linda has qualified as a pre/post-natal yoga teacher, and is engaged in deepening her practice and teaching through further training in Yin and is working towards a qualification in Advanced Yoga Philosophy and Meditation. Linda is also committed to her ongoing education in anti-racism and avoiding the cultural appropriation of yoga.
Linda's classes are tailored to the season and also influenced by Linda's inherent sense of inclusion, warmth and welcome. She is a passionate advocate of "yoga is for all bodies", regardless of size, gender, ability, experience or age.

Seasonal Yoga to bring you back into harmony with the seasons; a yoga flow drawing wisdom from nature and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation sometimes feature, Yoga Nidra (relaxation) always concludes the class. Various classes to suit one and all. Feel sublime!
