Mat Classes
I offer these as slower-moving classes, allowing time to transition between postures. Use the slower pace to build strength in longer holds - or to take a pause and rest.

My pricing explained
I don’t believe that the typical categories of concession are necessarily relevant to people’s financial circumstances (some retired people are significantly better off than a person in full-time but low-paid work, for instance). I have therefore created a system that allows you to pay what feels a suitable fee, with no questions asked.
The prices above are listed with three options (eg) £5 / £7 / £9. This refers to three tiers, as follows:
Tier 1 (lowest/subsidised)
A reduced rate to ensure my classes are available to as many people as possible.
Tier 2 (standard/sustainer)
A “neutral” fee that allows me to keep the class running.
Tier 3 (supporter)
A fee that allows me to offer subsidised places to others, and which supports me to offer these flexible rates as a self-employed person.
You do not ever need to explain your choice to me; these are offered freely, in trust and gratitude.
You can change the amount you pay whenever you need to or feel able to. (Even occasional contributions at the supporter rate help this system work).
If you ever feel you just can’t afford to come to yoga this week, please take a free place or make a smaller donation, and know that you are welcome.
If I cannot earn a living from any individual class, I will need to stop running that class. There are other ways you can support the sustainability of a class - like helping me spread the word, inviting friends along etc. (I am so grateful - and quite proud - that all of my classes are built on word-of-mouth - this allows me to protect my own mental well-being by avoiding social media).
I know that this system is confusing for some and I am sorry for that - but I offer it as an extension of my commitment to social and economic justice.
Please just ask me if you have questions.
