About

With a background in the inclusion movement, a lifetime commitment to social justice, and a passion for connection, my teaching style is warm, accessible, and welcoming.

I love working in community centres and local spaces, and especially enjoy introducing new students to this beautiful practice.

I am a 500hr qualified teacher with additional training in yin, pregnancy & postnatal yoga, trauma-informed teaching, and teaching yoga in prisons.

I am a maker and artist. Until recently this has just been for fun, but more recently I have begun making my beautiful eye pillows and sensory “pockets”.

I am neuro-diverse, and will happily ensure my classes are adapted to suit your unique needs, to whatever degree I am able.

I am a celebrant and proud founding member of Agnostic Scotland. I am also a mum, partner, cat-pal, and lucky friend to some incredible folk.
